Shipping Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING(USPS): Please allow up to 3-6 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared and processed. Shade911 will take 3-6 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. All orders will ship immediately once payment has cleared and order has been processed. When your order is shipped you'll receive a email with a tracking number.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING(USPS): Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. This shipping option will grant your order priority over all other orders. Please also be advised that shipping delays with USPS is out of our control.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: If you would like overnight shipping all orders must be placed before 12pm est. and you will have to send us an email before placing the order to verify the shipping method. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order.
FOR THE HOLIDAYS FROM NOVEMBER 1ST - DECEMBER 31ST THERE POSSIBLY WILL BE SHIPPING DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time.
